It seems like the SVFR and the FPR contradict each other.

If your SVFR is high, that will hurt your FPR score and vice versa.

SVFR is straightforward and easy to understand. FPR not so much.

Anyone have any idea? And how do you you improve your FPR score? By failing less vehicles?

From my experience its all complete nonsense. I was working at a shop one quarter and every single tech who worked there had their FPR go up significantly while the shops FPR fell. We stopped failing cars as much and our SVFR fell below standards.. Its all just a bunch of bogus.
