Is anyone else having problems scanning the VIN off cars?? My DAD updated yesterday and I’m having to scan multiple times to get it to work. Scanner works fine I tried in a separate window.. definitely a dad issue
So mine worked perfect for like one day but now it’s back to being glitchy. I have a honeywell and sometimes works perfect but half the time it will scan like half the VIN and I’ll have to rescan. The rescan always works eventually it’s just obnoxious. Is yours not scanning at all?
ya not working at all since updated to windows 10. Even took the scanner of the ios unit loads software said scan ready to use but will not scan anything.
It’s a big problem for me. Half of the scans are in errors( invalid), some went through with a whole different VIN. I am using the Zebra/Motorola Symbol DS6878-sr 2d and Honeywell 1900 scanners. This new update is full of bugs and I hope BAR can find a way to fixed it otherwise some of us will be accused of clean plugging soon.
