YES FOR SOME HEAVY DUTY FORD AND GM VEHCILES . WHEN OIS ASKS OBDII CERT ? LOOK FOR OBD1 OR OBD2 CERT ON LABEL . OIS WILL ABORT IF OBD1 AND ASK YOU TO SMOG ON BAR 97
