It’s got to be a Fed Vehicle over 8500 GVW from what I gather. It should be listed in the OBD Reference Guide. If it was me I would print the OIS screen that Warns you or Rejects it. Then hook it up to the BAR97 and scan the OBD Diagnostic , print up that screen. It will print the OBD type the vehicle has. As long as it does not specify OBD type as OBDII, Smog it on the BAR 97. Attach both printed pages to the invoice. Done
